Principal Contractor
We build it
We take full contractual and legal responsibility for delivery. SG Group is appointed as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 — running the site, coordinating every trade, and carrying the risk, so you don't have to.
- Full CDM 2015 Principal Contractor duties, from pre-construction through to handover
- Site mobilisation, management, and day-to-day supervision
- Direct appointment and management of all subcontractors and suppliers
- Health & safety management and compliance across the entire site

Project Management
